So its been hot here and I've been trying to do yard work. Bella wants to play. Whats a mom to do? Put up the swimming pool of course!

So while Bella was entertain I attempted to work on this

This is the worlds meanest rose bush. The picture doesn't do it justice. Each stem had 5000 tiny thorns, and so I want it gone. Sure it blooms beautiful yellow roses but they only last for 2 weeks. It just feels dangerous due to it is sticking out of the fence and could scratch people walking on the sidewalk. So I am slowly working on cutting it down. It feels like it is taking forever but it will be totally worth it.

Bella and I got Glitter toes. I'd stop every once in a while to dunk my toes in her pool to try and cool off.

Bella's Silly Hat

So they have theme days at school (Bella's daycare)and this week they had silly hat day. Well, I have found the wonderful world of craft blogging so we made Bella a garden hat. Bella glued the paper flowers and we drew and decorated the lady bug and butterfly. It was a great mommy & Bella craft project. I have many many more to craft projects to try. Yippee!

Family camping trip

At Bella's birthday party in January we set the dates and reserved our campsite for the family camping trip over the 4th of July. This year Logan Canyon was chosen as the site and we were set. We spent Thursday and Friday breathing wonderful mountain air, cooking over a camp fire and even adventured on a hike. The best part was being able to spend time with family and just take a break from the normal grind of day to day.
When I started looking at the pictures I had taken I realized I had a lot of pictures of peoples backs. Oh well, I tried.
